Ok I upgraded on Orange to a P800 5 days ago and I don’t like it. I miss my little buttons for txting.
As they don’t have a returns policy, im selling my P800. Anyone that wants it has to travel to North London,
Im not sending it out as of bad experience. All bits included, memory stick, headphones not even opened, Software not even used, I’ve got the receipt to prove it if anyone wants to take a look at it.

If it's Orange branded it is simlocked
Are you considering swaping a 7650 for it?
I don't understand, ORANGE has a standard 14 day return policy. If this does not apply to upgrades I for one will NEVER take the risk of upgrading with ORANGE.
I'm waiting for a 'small' bluetooth keyboard with driver to work for P800, then it will be odd, but perfect !
I miss my series 3 psion. (it had a keyboard ).

L the fact that its from orange means you can only use an orange sim card therefore its absolutly useless to other users.... whereas one brought from a non operator shop i.e dixons, Argos etc would be worth alot.....however i am an orange customer and i tthink that 100 pounds would be a suitable price along with an unused nokia 5510 and a samsung T100. What do you think? il be more than happy to meet up and exchange any time that suits you b

currently my 2 ideas are down to a 7650 or T68i.....have to test them out....

i would take a 7650 and come money to compensate the price of the p800.
7650's are practically free these days.
psionfanfor12years, (yep, i miss my 5mx!) no returns with upgrade through the orange shop 😞 really angered me. I only found today, that
it's only by ordering through the orange shop you have 7 days grace.
im gonna go back again next week and complain my ass off to see where i get, but this really has pissed me off...never going to recommend orange shop again. If in the mean time, someone makes me a good offer,
please take my p800 from me! 😊

I work for an Orange phone distributor. They have a 14 day policy for returning a phone if you don't like it.
If this is not the case with the dealer, either they or the phone are dodgy.
No, this is an upgrade, from what the OP has said - there's no returns period, and no distance selling regulation if he bought it from a shop - so he really cannot return it, nothing wrong with what he says there. I'm not interested myself (got Orange P800 day it came out, plus already sold my 7650), but someone else could quite happily buy from this guy and unlock for the �20/�25 fee from an independant unlocker.
