Hi all, I have a problem with my N95 8gb, I have tried to change the phones startup sequence (the 2 hands shaking) and after restarting phone to test if the startup sequence had changed the phone boots to the white screen with the blue nokia logo and thats as far as it goes:frown: can anyone suggest how I might be able to fix this ? I have tried pressing the call button & the 3 button & * button whilst powering on the phone but this didnt work.

You could try reflash your Phone , using Nokia Software Updater and/or Nokia PC Suite on your computer . Follow the steps from this page :
http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/device-software-update/can-i-update
Or let it reflash at a Nokia Service Point .
Edit : BTW , when you like to stop the starting up sequence of the Nokia thing , just press red button or backspace (C) while booting up . Some call this " safe start "

Hi there, Thanks for the reply, but my N95 wont go past the white screen with the blue nokia logo ! So I cant plug it into my PC to try and re-flash the software, plus the startup sequnce doesnt run the full course just get the white screen with blue nokia logo and thats it (see the pic below). And I have to take the battery out as it wont switch off normally
