When I got my 5800 approximately 18 months ago, I set it up to retrieve from my pop3 e mail account without any problems whatsoever.
Yesterday I had to hard reset my 5800 and tried to set up my e mail as before, but it will only let me set up a mailbox via Nokia e mail which I undestand is a chargeable service.
Could anyone tell me why I can't set up a mailbox without using the Nokia e mail programme?
