"system error"

anybody...i need ur help on this...my 7650 always give a message of system error whenever i reset it....can i still bring back the system files...HOW????

I think if restarting the phone does not resolve the "System Error", you better try soft-reset. If soft-resetting the phone still shows "system error" then your next option is "hard-reset". If hard-reset still dont resolve the issue, bring your phone to the Nokia center.

Soft Reset: From Tools>Settings>Phone>General>Orig. phone setting enter the code 12345

Hard Reset: while the phone is idle, press *#7370# then enter 12345

Important: Make sure you have enough battery before doing the above to avoid anything that might interrupt the resetting

Sounds like this could be the 'wildskins' bug.
Have you installed wildskins?
Did you then uninstal it without first deactivating it?

The system error is the phone looking for the wildskins files which are now deleted.

The trick is to re-install wildskins, activate it, de-activate it.
Do a couple of re-boots to make sure you now can startup ok and to check wildskins really IS deavtivated.
You can now saftly uninstall it.

Your phone should now be ok.

Hope this helps.

You must use file manager and delete file system.ini and restart phone. ,)))

No problem guys.
Thou I can not take credit - I use these forums a lot and see lots of problems and then see what the solution was.
This one just sounded like the Wildskins problems which are reported on many other threads 😉

I had the same problem myself too so it was quite easy to recognise 😊

I have uninstalled "Wildskinz", but noticed a file in C:\System\Localization called "wld_data.dbz", 52K in size.

Is this a file that was associated with the said app? safe to delete etc?

That file (and infact directory) isn't there on my 3650 or 7650 so its not part of the base

thanks guys for ur advice..i got thesame prob..now i can smile cos its over..thanks to u all..u safe my life 😊)))
