Post update problems: MTP Device

I had the same thing, about 3 versions ago.

In the end, I uninstalled Ovi Suite, PC Suite, Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver, Nokia Multimedia Common Components, PC Connectivity Solution and anything else Nokia.

I then used Nokia PC Suite Cleaner:-

I then reinstalled PC Suite first and connected my N97 with no problem.

I then carried on and re-installed the various component parts of PC Suite (Media Player, NSU, etc,) and then went on to install Ovi Suite.

It's helped me to realise that the notifications are less of a nuisance than I thought :tongue:
