I'm facing a problem and hope that someone here can help me out.

I set up the MMS on my P800 and all is working well. However, when receiving messages from an Outlook email I can't open the attachment. The MMS arrives with an attachment which the P800 does not recognize. I've tried sending the messages in Rich Text, Plain Text, and HTML format. The HTML format I can open in the browser, but the phone won't recognize the attachments when the msg is sent in the Rich Text or Plain Text format.

Does anyone know how to solve this. If I'm not mistaken, the problem also exists if someone sent me an email to my MMS through Hotmail.

I'm assuming that I have to install something on my P800 that will allow the phone to recognize the attached format.... SOMEONE PLS HELP

Come on.. can no one help me out on this 😮 !!!! Has anyone even tried using the MMS??

Sorry babak, can't help you there. Been sending MMS via Outlook as text only, and haven't encounted any problem that i can't open attachments. Occasionally i used HTML, no problem either.

Weird thing though is that i sent a wav file and it came to my phone as an amr file. Nontheless, was still open the audio file.

Thanks Fonzki... I still haven't been able to figure it out on my phone. I guess I'll just ask people to send me the MMS through Outlook in HTML format (cause that I can see).
