How Do I Find My Product Code / Maps Question.

2 replies · 9,631 views · Started 17 July 2010

I de-branded the phone ( N95 classic ) about two years ago and have since done several FW udpates, but now , I don't know what the phone's product code is - is there a simple way to check without first connecting to NSU?

Secondly, tried to fire up Nokia Maps but it wouldn't start saying I had to update the application from Nokia Maps. Went online, but all the Ovi maps don't seem to list the N95 ( Classic ) and can't find a version for this phone. Any ideas?

Cheers.

Try to remember your product code ?
You will probably have product code Euro 1 . Maybe 2 or 3 .

You can check the language pack by going to : Tools > Settings > General > Personally > Language . The language pack refers to the product code .
As far as I know on N95 only Nokia Maps 2.0 (with Teleatlas maps) can be used .. Straight download of these maps can be realised by going to

Thanks for the tip though, appreciated. Just checked the language packs and it looks like I'm on Euro 1 ( Plum ) Product Code
