Symbian^3 on High End Smartphones

Symbian^3 is open source and IMHO the absolute best Operating System (not limited to mobile OSs). Unfortunately there is no high end Symbian device available. Even the new N8 and the upcoming C9-00 (look at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOgrFaiZ2TI, http://www.inside-handy.de/news/18549.html and http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_n9-3398.php - the real name will most probably be C9-00) will not be high end devices, as available e.g. with Android or WinMobile.

High end devices must have a display resolution of at least 800x480. Even the E90 (a high end device at its time), has a resolution of 800x352, much higher than any other new Symbian phone.

So I ask, if it would be possible to port Symbian^3 to an high end Android or WinMobile phone like e. g. the HTC TouchPro II (slider, nice keyboard), an HTC Evo, Motorolo Droid, ...

Technically, yes, as long as you have all the required hardware info and required ROM image creation and signing tools for said device.
