Connecting 7650 to Bluetake USB Dongle

Ahhhh!

I just can't get this to work! The Bluetake USB dongle is good (for the price) and works perfectly with my T68i, but I simply can't get it to do anything with the 7650.

I've downloaded the latest version of PC Suite from Nokia, and I think the problem lies with the virtual com port not staying connected properly.

When I create the virtual com port, it immediately disconnects itself.

All I want to do is sync my contacts, but the 7650 also doesn't seem to be able to recieve a batch of business cards sent from either my T68i or frmo my Handspring (Palm OS). Neither can I put them all on a SIM card and copy them all, you have to do it one by one (at least I think you do, can anyone tell me differently?).

If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear from them, it's really annoying.

Thanks in advance,

Ian

I restarted both the phone and the PC, opened mRouter and clicked a couple of boxes, tried to connect with my Bluetooth software, and everything sprung to life, green/blue things swirling, things flashing.

The sync "worked", screwed my data a little, but sync's alwasys do that!

Phew!
