My n97 Mini's back is loose. I can snap it back in but there is always a little crack. I think it is because I accidentally dropped my n97 mini on concrete about shoulder level.
BUT the hooks on the battery cover are fine. I don't know why it wont snap totally shut. it's just the bottom corner that doesn't seem to want to go down.

when i let it go the crack reappears
and if i leave it alone in my pocket i take it out and i get this (always)
