Hi I have recently purchased a secondhand Nokia 9210 (Orange)

Obviously when I bought the communicator it was fully loaded with software, so I wiped it (Format both device and Memory Card) And reinstalled both the all memory card data and all device data SIS files. So I have a completely clean install with absolutely nothing on the 9210 other than what is installed from these two files, but Fax refuses to work.
An error message pops up:
Error
Lack of resources.
'You have' note only partly functioning.
This repeats several times and then:
Application Closed
Application: MsvServer
Reason Code: USER
Reason number: 44
Then:
Messaging centre must now exit.
The messaging server has closed.
Whenever I try to delete the fax which I can't send (and annoyingly pops the outbox up everytime I open the communicator) I get:

The server has closed
I've formatted and reinstalled 4 times, I can't face doing it again - can anyone tell what is causing this??
I've contacted nokia - and all I get is bring it to our local centre (Which isn't exactly local!!!)
Help - I really want to get full use out of this and can't - my 9000i never played up once!!
