I wanted the 'Call Voice Changer' for my N95. This software is available for s60v2 phones, but not for s60v3.... is there any way to convert the software?? or anyone please help me to search this software for s60v3...

Only the original developer (or any developer who has access to the original source code) can modify the source code to work on v3 and then recompile the modified application.
There is nothing you can do as a user, and there's nothing a developer can do if they only have the v2 executables/binaries as they cannot be converted/modified to work on v3.
