Was using Google maps without issue till last week. The battery went on my phone (need a new one, holds hardly any charge now) and since then, I cant get Google Maps to work at all.
It starts to load, then immediately shuts down as soon as a map starts to load.
I have removed it, reinstalled it by both phone and OVI suite, and still the same. I went back to an older version (3.03) from my phone backup, still no joy. All other Google apps work ok, but on the search app the "My loacation" is innaccurate by about 1km (it was perfect before).
I have reset phone with a hard reset and even this has made no difference.
Can anyone help? I love Google Maps, and Im now stuck with OVI, and because the route nav software is for later phones only, I now have no free route mapping.
