How to take photo's without using camera button? (N82)

I have problem with my N82, camera button does not works, and in the repairing center they say it could not be fixed. Is there any way to replace it using some special camera application or something like that?

I downloaded NokiaMagnifier a long time ago from Betalabs . You can still find it in OVI Store .
This app works like : press Options > Take Picture .
As it is a Magnifier App , it's not great in taking regular photo's .

Does the N82 camera app have a self-timer? If so, you can use it to trigger the camera to take a picture. Not very fast, though. 😉

I don't know if this would work, but there's an app called MagicKey that allows you to bind different functions to different keys. You could try seeing if it would allow you to swap the take picture button to another key, such as the gallery key.
