I am planning to buy a 3650 but my problem is connecting..
I have a pc not a laptop so no Infrared or Bluetooth is data cable avaliable for 3650?

What???? If you have a PC, then you can buy IR or BT.
IR's you can usually connect to serial port, but for BT you need USB connector.

No. And newer will.

Nokia does not provide a data cable for the 3650 (nor the 7650) and most likely never will. These devices do not have conventiently accessible ports where to connect such cables as they were designed to be connected (to a PC) by users via infrared or Bluetooth only.

However, there are outfits that sell cables that can be used (at least I've seen such on the net for the 7650) somehow. I'm sure I've seen them discussed here or http//www.my-symbian.com and some creative uses of http//www.google.com will probably also produce suitable links.

The main Bluetooth benefits over infrared are that it is faster & does not require "line of sight". However, it may be more difficult to get working initially (depends on the Bluetooth device & the quality of its drivers and the installing person's skills wink).
