Hello
i have a program that tries to install when my phone starts up and it fails, it only happens when i have my memory card in the phone .
I have installed and removed a number of programs before this started to happen .
What sort of file should i be looking for that is causing this ? it still happens even if i insert a blank sd card so the problem is in the phones memory.
any help is appreciated

The issue can be simple when you can detect an uninstalled app in : Installations > Application Manager .
Just click this item to Install . When it is expired set clok back .
Also check the settings in App Man . Set it to All and Off
I had an alike issue , some time ago . Could not find the source and ended up with the Vulcan Death Grip (complete hard reset) and formatting the microUSB card .

i have looked through the application manager and all the programs are installed ok , i think the only way out is a hard reset like you said ,at the moment the only problem i am getting is it takes a minute or so extra for the phone to boot completely so i think i will live with it for a while.
