Stopwatch / Countdown timer

does anyone know out of the dozens of Stopwatch / Countdown timer apps around, which decent one would fullfill :

- an absolute must : countdown timer must work in background and when phone locked. As far I know, no flash.
- if possible stopwatch with laps

mToolbox has different apps inside , also a digital chronometer . ChronoTimer Mobile is an analog chronometer . Both are JAVA apps . Download at : http://m.getjar.com .
