master reset???

i tried to do master reset but i dont know the lock code.... can someone help me?

warning after my unit wasn't functioning right , couldn't hear through th headset the other side but only w/ speakerphone, i tried taking batery out, nothing helped i then did a master reset wich got interupteed by the yellow triangle saying hold power button for 10 secs, anyway from there i couldn't boot up phone. So use that option as last alternative!

my phone also show me the yellow triangle thing - what does it meens???
i restart my phone then its disappear and its seems that its working well.
the reason i did master reset is becauze the jog dial is not working appropriate - its working only up and down, when i push it to any other direction its not responding - only up and down(volume for example).
can some one help me pls???
