I have a problem with my 960i i tried ot update my firmeware then the phone turn of and now when i wish to turn it on it doesn't work. just the keys and the screen flashing and nothing happens. i tried to connected with the computer but and that doesn't work i think the firmware is out what should i do?

yea during the updating it give me some kind of error and i can't connected with the computar i think it's time to give him to repair

Format the phone once and then try.
