Yep, m.skype.com has it. Wait until you can use wifi then point your phone's browser there. The site will recognise your phone and offer you the correct version for download.

I'm running it on my N97 and its fine.

I got it from m.skype.com for my N97 Mini but after a recent hard reset, I just picked it up from the Ovi store on the handset. No problems.
