Probably not, but it depends what kind of ringtones you want to send..
I just checked the 6100's site (http://www.nokia.com/phones/6100 ), and it doesn't specify the type of polyphonic ringtones it supports. I guess it doesn't support proper MIDI (like the 7650, 3650, SX1, etc.), only SP-MIDI.
I'd guess you wouldn't be able to send ringtones via IR. Dunno about MMS.
The only ringtones I'd think you could send are the older monophonic (RTTL) ringtones (and that'd be via IR or SMS on an application like Logomanager or Oxygen, and a supported phone).
It IS possible to send polyphonic ringtones to 6100, but not via any legal method I know of. I'll hasten to add, I don't know of any ILlegal ways either (I just don't think it'd be legal to do it, with copyrights and all that)
how about 7210 anyone? coz cannot send tone there by infrared 😞
You can only upload wallpapers and ringtones to 7210's and 6610's using the Nokia PC Suite, you cannot transfer these directly from another phone, e.g. the 7650 or 3650.
Sorry

ok bro,tnx a lot bro 😃
or you can try to send MIDI ringtone to http://www.mmsstorage.com and there you can send yourself a SMS which leads to a WAP page where you can download the MIDI. Normal MIDI's can be converted to SP MIDI's with Nokia Sound Converter.
Hope this helps.
