How to check disk / memory on N8 — Symbian^3 phones (N8, C7, C6-01, E7-00)

Hi,

How do you check the disk and memory space on N8.

I could find this on the E71 easily, but it seems MIA on the N8 - although I know its there, somewhere...

( Also, there is no file manager icon? )

As per the other Symbian phones, you can go to File Manager located by default in the Office folder if you want to check on disk space. Alternatively you can use Offscreen's Memory Status application to do this

For memory, there is no first party application for you to see it. You have the option of using third party apps such as Task Managers, or MemInfo
