Any utility can make 3650 to read chinese sms???plz help — Nokia 3650, 3660, and 3620

i have a lot of friends alway send me the chinese sms..damn this 3650 cant read the text..

No there isnt, only way is to get it upgraded to chinese firmware.
Might be tricky.

thx for your info jyrik...i heat from nokia technical if i upgrade to chinese firmware ..the phone will not stable..damn still looking for softwere to support it..nokia should not sell this handphone in malaysia because a lot of people here like to send chinese sms joke to everyone..still not understand why they do that..and the nokia support sure wont help u to flash the firmware to chinese version

U can buy the 3650 in CHinese in Malaya.. If not head down to Singapore.

As for f/w though, MANY shops in Singapore will do 4 u (convert languages).. but beware if you can't read Chinese properly your in for it. Also note alot of programs will not run on non-English Symbian.

wot happens when u receive chinese sms's? i haven't tried. i did on my 8310 and they came up fine.

yah Sungei Wang should be able to do 4 u. Or try Imbi Plaza.

Shouldn't cost you more than RM60.. or maybe RM80 at the most expensive ripoff joint. make sure they give u an instore warranty!

y u want in chinese though? can u read traditional?

Hope got new software or utility come out to support the 3650 to read chinese...like what u said if i flash my firmware to chinese version a lot of software wont compatible with it and u will got many problem..stay in the english mode first until got good solution come out..thx for all information..will go to sungai wang and imbi plaza check

Yup, i can read traditonal and simlified.... since my friend alsways send chinese sms to me, i need 3650 support chinese.Did u do that in sungai wang? which floor? if u can read chinese, i recommend u to a chinese 3650 website
