Ambicom Bluetooth!! Mrouter not seeing com port, help!

hey Im running XP, with an Ambicom bluetooth dongle and whatever software they gave. Now i've paired the phone and computer, and I am able to transfer files to the phone using the file transfer client thing they provide, but I cannot get PC Suite to work!! I dont know how to create a virtual serial port. Under my device manager, the bluetooth serial port is supposed to be COM 3, but mRouter tells me something about not being able to click infrared something when I try to choose COM 3. Someone please tell me what to do! God bluetooth is a pain. I've tried clicking Com 3 on mRouter a bunch of times but its not helping. Someone please help me!

Try to click on all that are possible to be clicked. I have to click on COM 4 and Com5 although my device is supposed to be on COm3 and it connects on COm0 😮 So click anything that is possible....except infrared of course.

I actually have tried that, but no such luck 😞 . I also noticed that when I use the Discover Services option on Bluetooth Neighborhood, it can't find any services on the phone! It has a Serial Port service listed under my Local Computer but i dont know how to set it up! (you cant just click the icon).
Thanks for everyones help!
