Hi everyone,I'd like to bring up to you all a problem. I sent my 9210i for a software up-grade in a nokia club service point. It should have taken 2 hours...They told me that they tried 10 times to install the new software but the 9210i kept rejecting it! So they decided to send it to the "main" nokia service point of my counrtry and it will stay away for 10 days :evil: . How could this problem occur? Do you think that it's a 9210i issue or the technician isn't good in that? Should I go get my 9210i and do a nice format? I HAVE MY DOUBTS... :roll: :-? Thanks...

I think it's always best to format before you go for an upgrade.
If the 9210 keeps rejecting the new firmware it's probably your 9210 :s maybe you get a replacement 😊
