Sincer yesterday my Nokia E72 has no sound . Even silent mode is not active there's no sound from it; only when someone tries to calls me instead of camera appears silent but cannot get it of it. 
Also tried ctr button & level up/down but no luck. Tried to hard reset/ take out battery / update software but no luck .
It has no sound even when I restart it and this nokia logo is displayed .. I'm so disappointed
