help! My C7 has stopped collecting e mail

I have two e mail accounts on my C7. Initially, they both collected my e mail. But now they have stopped. I haven't fiddled with any of the obviously directly related settings or anything and am thus baffled. And I I know that there is uncollected mail on the server.

Any ideas? Can anyone help?

this is a known issue...you can just do a normal email fetch, bypassing nokia's email servers if you re-set up your email accounts, and then choose "Decline" at the ToS. Or it will directly bring you to the setup screen as it will say the email server is not responding
