hi everyone, im trying to do some research on a north america c6-00. im sorry i didnt find any sub forums for the c6-00 so this seems like the most relevant place to post...
does the c6-00 have the same OS as earlier touchscreen symbian phones? for example the same as the 5800? ive used friends' 5800s but the double clicking was really annoying to me... thats the only thing im worried about with the c6-00... is it going to necessitate the double clicking just like the 5800?

Hi, yes the C6-00 is the older C6 running s60v5, just like on the N97 etc (the c6 is a N97 bar a few things).
The new C6-01 is the new one that runs Symbian^3, like the N8 etc.
So yes, the c6-00 has the double tap, my advice is take a look at the newer C6 or if you need a slide out qwerty then wait for the E7.
