Anyone been able to contact Jan Ole at mobileways.de recently ?
I've read a few posts saying how helpful he was when moving a gravity license to a new phone. But I've sent several emails to [email][email protected][/email] over the last few weeks without any reply.
Anyone know if there's a 'self-service' way to associate a new IMEI with my gravity license ?

I emailed him my original order number and new IMEI and he changed the licence the same day. He is usually very helpful.

I contacted mobileways.de just this week to transfer a license to my N8 and I had a response within a few hours. Job done.
Strange. Maybe it's something I've said :frown:
I thought perhaps my emails were being spam-trapped, but I've sent the request via 3 different email addresses, so I don't think that's the problem.
Oh well, guess I'll struggle on with Nokia Social in the meantime.
just a thought - could someone who has successfully contacted Jan Ole please send him a link to this thread ?
