help choosing product code

Hi,

I have a black X6 16GB from 3 in the UK. The product code is 0595750

I'm not sure what product code to select from the thread at the top of the page.

I would like to update my firmware, but 3 are useless at pushing updates out. They are still on V20. So I thought I'd try it myself.

I updated my Product Code to 0589475 (RM-559 CTR 16GB EURO1 DARK_BLACK UK) with NSS, but it still says that no updates are available for my phone, either FOTA or via the Ovi Suite on the PC.

It says that V20.0.005 is the latest version available :-/

I just tried updating my phone using Nokia Software Updater and it worked! It found v30 firmware and updated to it from v20 no problem!

Funny how OTA and Ovi Suite both said there were no updates available, even after changing my product code.

I should have used Nokia Software Updater from the start, d'oh!
