I use E5 for months. Yesterday, I download a video from a website. In fact, I use Y-browser to order that video to a specific file. firstly, the video was stored in phone memory, so I moved it to memory card by using the software above. In contrast, the moving process did not complete, by which I mean that it was broken during the process. Exactly, when I log into my phone gallery, the video is appeared broken file. I try to play it as well as delete it; however, it said that "General: System error". I cannot solve with this issue. Plz help me:bawling:!!!!
