Hard reset or not ?

Hi all,
(sorry for my poor english)
I just bought a Nokia C7, my first Symbian phone.
Everything worked fine untill I pressed the F-Secure icon: it installed a file (don't remember the name) on the phone which lengthens the boot time a lot.
I uninstalled the app, but this pesky file is still there, slowing down the phone.
I couldn't find the file with the X-plore file manager.

What should I do ?
1) a *#7370# hard reset ?
2) or install and uninstall the F-Secure app ?

Thanks for the help 😊

I'd have a go at doing the uninstall routine for F-Secure, a hard reset should probably be the last resort for the S^3 devices. If you do want to do a reset, make sure you read everything you can find first - there are some workarounds for missing files after the reset but they're not perfect and don't seem to be working for everyone.
