I've searched around for answers to this problem to no avail. If anyone can shed any light, I'd be grateful.
I can't find any tools that will change the product code on my Vodafone UK C7 (tried NSS, Phoenix, JAF).
So I resorted to flashing the firmware manually with Phoenix (v2010.48.4.44602).
However, no matter what I try, I get the error as shown in the pic attached. I've searched high and low for this file, but had no luck.
I paid for a subscription to a2phones who supplied many different firmware versions and they can't answer this either.
Anyone got any ideas?
