i am using a infrared port and everything is installed properly. also the pc suite is installed, but when i am starting the program it tells me to connect the phone to the pc. and even if the connection is established the program doesn't see it although the pc sees the phone.
please tell me what can i do, or what seesm to be the problem. i know that other persons had this problem also. help!!!!!

Do you have a connection with mRouter?
Line up you phone with the compuer and get your infared connection.
You should see the icon in your system tray, double click it and you should see some tick boxes, make sure infared is ticked, the mRouter icon should flash and turn blue/green
Then start PcSuite and you should be in business.

nope, i didi that first, the ir is checked, the pc recognises the phone, it tell me that the pc is connected to the phone and still the pc suite not working...
me also haveing the same problem and nokia as me to download the PC Suite from the site n try again... thats all... can anyone help? Thanks alot
I am having this trouble. The Mrouter is connected as it is flashing green\blue and saying that there is a connection. If I right click and look for devices the window is empty. When I start PC suite it says the phone is not connected. Nokia have no idea and say that have not had this trouble before.
Funny as a few pwople on here can't get it to talk either!
