connect it to a pc ..

if the pc does NOT recognise it at all then you'll need a repair/replacement.

if it does recognise it then you may be able to reflash the firmware.

the best course of action is take it to a Nokia Care Center .. Good Luck!

I had a similar prob to this with the N8 where it just looked like it was dead... have you left the battery go completely flat?

I had to leave mine on charge for 30mins before I saw any signs of life at all... seemed ok after that tho

My friend is also facing the same error and as far as i know it is built in fault.

I took my bd to the vet 3 days ago, because she wouldnt put on weight. The blood tests came back today. She has something wrong with the way she takes in protein and fat. I think it might be hereditary
