When i get a call i can't see the name only the nr. There is no duplicates. So i don't know what to do. Please help!

that you are using full phone numbers for your contacts. eg
+(country code) (operator code) (number)
eg +44 12 3456 7890
test this solution with one or two numbers .. then do the whole lot:
the easiest way to do this is using ovi suite .. contacts .. sync your contacts .. edit them all on the PC then delete all of them on the phone .. and re-sync
