hey everyone i just got my nokia 3650 yesterday and ive really really tried to get trailers to play on the phone but when realone trys to conect to a server it says unable to connect does anyone no anything else i could do i would really appreciate some help Thanks in advance

i know this sounds stupid but is your WAP configured? ie. can u access wireless internet? and does GPRS work?

Streaming on UK networks does not actually work.
Kept that quiet did'nt they.

All the major UK networks, including Voda block UDP packets on their GPRS networks.
Real uses UDP for it's video streaming.
Oplayer works because it uses TCP for streaming.

Real say they have a fix for this, which means playing with the proxy setting in Real, I guess, We are still waiting for Real to publish the details.
Maybe even a software upgrade.

We had a meeting with Real about 6 months ago to discuss providing them with our content on their 'real guide' they were very embarrased to admit that it does not work in the UK, the deal with nokia was struck in the US. They said they were hoping to resolve this before the release of the phone, the next few months they were very quiet and it looks like the phone has shipped with Real not able to stream.
