Hey guys,
My E: Mass Memory says (memory corrupted) when trying to view it through file manager. I try to format it, but it errors upon completion and continues to say it's corrupted. This is after trying both hard resets, the pin code and the button hold turnon.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

When you want to Format the E: memory , you'll delete all files , including the hidden files . When formatting doesn't work you could try deleting all files :
Connect the device in USB massstorage mode to a PC . Find the E: drive in the Format Application . Format in Fat32 .
Or : unhide hidden files , try to delete all files on E: .
A third party Filemanager X-Plore http://www.lonelycatgames.com/?app=xplore , can also unhide hidden files in its Settings .
With X-Plore , which must be installed on C: , you could try to delete all files on E: easily . Mark all Folders > Delete .
I'm not sure this will do the job , but it's worth a try .
