Today, I bought the Nokia N8.
Now, as a N70, N73, N95 and N86 former owner, does anyone else have advice on how to make the N8 my new social hub device? With the iphone 3GS, i was always a finger tap away from Whatsapp, Facebook, Ebuddy and Twitter. The N8 is a fiddly device to set up, and although the ovi store HAS improved a lot, I'm struggling to get the same homescreen goodness that my iphone has. For now, I'm going to use the iphone as my regular everyday phone, but has anyone got any tips on what Apps to get for the N8?
Even better, can anyone recommend a good home screen setup?

Anyhow swipe is a must have , tweeter Facebook and sO on.
Browsing ain't good so installl Opera or use IPhone

That's basically it for now. I've now set it up as best as I can.
Using Ovi for Facebook (not a patch on iOS, but does everything the same), Gravity for Twitter, and Whatsapp for messaging.
I've had some disappointments so far. The iphone has a better browser and easier to use, but I've not yet scratched the surface with the N8.
I'm looking forward to sticking some videos on it, and playing with the camera this weekend. Features you can use out of the box and without extra apps. 😊
The iphone may become my ipod touch.
