I am not able to update my C7 software from v 012 to v013 even though it is available. I have tried over the air and via the Ovi suite.
If I try 'over the air' I get a message 'already installed', but it still shows version 012.
And when I try using Ovi suite it starts to look for updated then I get a message saying connect between Ovi suite and device was lost. although my internet is fine.
Any suggestions please.
It is a contract phone. T mobile. Could it be because their settings are some how stopping the nokia update from happening......................... or are those days gone.
I live in the UK.
