Hi everyone, I started having this problem after 1 year of use where I get dropped calls after just a few seconds into a call, receiving a connection error message and after that my signal disappears and doesn't come back for 10 minutes or more. This happens when I make and when I receive calls. It's even losing it's signal when I'm not using it. I tried doing a hard reset and reinstalling the latest firmware but that didn't work. The only thing that I changed in the last month was that I activated a data plan. Could that be the problem? I don't know whatelse to do.
