9210i Sync problem

I hope someone can help me with this problem.

I had 9110 communicator and pc suite for it. And now I installed Pc suite for 9210i v. 2.03(I didn't remove old pc suite)
And after that I tried to sync 9210i with outlook, and pcsuite gave me a error message. It was something like Cannot open outlook. Check your password and try again.

And I didn't even give any password.

I did not experienced something like this, because I had used the DataMover that is in 9210.

May be you should do the same 😉

Or wait for somebody else oppinion on this

Could happen. Try to open Outlook manually before running Sync.

The PC Suite upgrade instructions do say that you should uninstall earlier versions before you install new ones....

i had problem with data mover.finally i logged off my windows 2000 and i log in with another username. the data mover was working fine.maybe it wont work on u,but u should try it.worked at me.
