Has anybody had this? You have yr phone on "silent" profile (eg "polite" ringtone selected in Profiles), then a call comes in from somebody you assigned another ringtone to... and everybody gets an earful of Whole Lotta Love 😮
Seems the custom ringtone overrides the ringtone logic within the profile. Or is there something I've missed somewhere (Eprofilespro etc)?
Paul
Calling the ringtone "Silent" does NOT mean it's going to be quiet.
If you assign a custom ringtone to a profile, it's going to use that ringtone, no matter what the ringtone is actually called.
I realised that after assigning a custom calendar alarm in eProfiles on the Silent profile. Learnt VERY quickly.

The secret is to go to Silent Profile - Select options - personalise - and select Incoming call alert Silent and set alert calls for all calls,
