Widgets Offline, No Running Internet Apps yet still connecting to internet - Nokia E7

Hi there,

I have tried closing all programs which access internet connection/3G and turned the widgets offline yet I am still wondereing why is my Nokia E7 still connecting to the internet?

When I open my Best Taskman I see that a process such as Vlingo is hidden and might be the cause why it still connect to internet/3G, am I correct? That Vlingo uses data usage while installed?

As Vlingo voice to command processing is done server-side I'd guess that Vlingo stays connected to eliminate connection latency. You'll probably find in Connection Manager that the connection is idle.
