I have installed Nokia Pure Font on my N8 using the instructions on noknok.tv and I like it.
Only slight issue is that the digital screen saver clock numbers look a little bit blocky in places.
Anyone else tried it yet? Any other problems noted?

I still don't know if I install it or I wait until April 12th... does it worth??

Well... ok then. I decided to wait till April 12th. If no font are release, I'll install it by myself.
Have you guys noticed that restarting the phone connected by USB mess the Nokia Pure font hack?
Just tried it and you are right - restarting whilst connected via USB does make an unholy mess of the font, leaving most text missing!!!
Luckily a subsequent restart whilst not connected gets things back to normal, with the Pure Font displaying OK again.
I did have to remove then re-attach my ContactBOTS widget also.

Maybe because it was not officially released (I mean, there is no support or news on its website other than the art gallery).
Since this s***y annoucement made me so disappointed, I tried Nokia Pure. NO THIRD-PARTY APP worked. Impressive, NO ONE! But it is really, reaaaaally an excellent font!!!

I know that it won't be support for something not officially released!Since this s***y annoucement made me so disappointed, I tried Nokia Pure. NO THIRD-PARTY APP worked. Impressive, NO ONE! Something to be aware of: installing the Pure font via the "resource/font" method, can break some Qt apps. I found that Sleeping Screen (Nokia Beta Labs) and - more seriously - Ovi Store, no longer worked on my N8 once I implemented the font; once I deleted the font folder and its contents, the above apps worked again.
I reported this as a bug for Sleeping Screen, and from the replies, it seems to be a problem related to the current "stable" Qt runtime (3.7.1, I think). Apparently, installing the Qt 3.7.2 beta can solve the problem, but I understand this is not encouraged as it can break other applications on the device.
It's a shame, as I really liked Nokia Pure as my N8 system font - I suppose I'll just have to wait until things are fixed 🙄
Current stable version of Qt is 4.7.2. Nokia Pure works with this installed - I have installed this and Pure myself and find that everything works perfectly. Latest beta version of Qt is 4.7.3 which I now have on my N8 and can confirm Pure still works with it.

Thanks for the heads-up. I just checked and my Ovi Store no longer worked, so I have also now deleted the font folder and removed Pure.
A pity, but not the end of the world.
Am I brave enough to attempt to install the latest beta of Qt ...... hmmmm ......
I followed the instructions here: http://mynokiablog.com/2011/03/27/change-to-nokia-pure-font-now-tutorial-included/
