I had to phone Nokia support regarding an issue with my c7 which they could not resolve and sugested that I return it for a replacement, which I did.
I have just had my phone bill and I was charge over �6 for the call.
I phoned Nokia on a Nokia. I am with T mobile and they charge .44p plus a minute to phone an 0845 number.
