Brand new c7 hanging within 2 days

I thought it is a phone you must have on hand. For some reason, the phone hangs and I am not able to do anything as even with power switch kept pressed for few seconds (10 sec) , the screen is same struck. Phone is also not receiving any calls ; Can Mr Tim Product manager help ASAP . I am in India Bangalore and was about to buy a second one for my son ; Thank You in advance - To give more details my screen is struck at World Map my city map page accessed from an already installed app that came with phone ; Phone IS NOT shutting down also
