Has anyone successfully tried merging backup files? I've got two rather large backup files from my N86 that I'd like to put together back on the same phone.
I've tried restoring them one at once, and copying everything manually to the pc via usb, but all my photos end up in the wrong order as the date or each photo file is change to the date it was transferred to my pc.
Any ideas on how to make it keep the date it was taken?
I've also tried just restoring both even though it warns me it will overwrite the data already on phone. It does retore all the photos etc including the original date, but it does sometmes get mixed up with images from old backup.
Is there a way around this to merge all the photos, videos etc in each of the backup files and to keep their original properties like date/gps info etc?
