I need playing video in MAX video phone resolution.
Exist some software for PC, which can convert .avi .mpg .... to another resolution? (I NEED 176x208) and rotate video 90 degress.
If i will have this converted .avi in this resolution and rotated i have prog. to convert to .mp4 or .3gp or .nim so this isnt problem.
but the rotation and convertion without ratio !!!
