Q. Help, my PC Suite backup hangs on 99% and I have to reboot my PC!
A. Relax and be more patient, PC Suite Backup does hang around for a while on 99% while it performs various housekeeping procedures. Switch away from Backup and do something else on your PC - when you go back later it should have finished. It's probably best not to start a backup off when you're in a tearing hurry!!
